You will set the tempo, allocate work intelligently, and work closely with Service Advisors and Parts to deliver an effortless client experience while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading premium automotive technicians.
• Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
• Excellent technical understanding of vehicle repairs and diagnostics.

• Lead and motivate a skilled technician team in a premium workshop.
• Plan, allocate and prioritise daily workshop workload.
• Monitor vehicle progress and ensure timely, high-quality repairs.
