Sytner Group Limited is seeking a Workshop Controller to lead our Aftersales workshop at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Sunningdale. You will set tempo, priorities and standards, ensuring every vehicle receives expert care and a superb customer experience.

You will manage a team of skilled technicians, coordinate daily workflow with Service Advisors and maintain progress against promises, while upholding Rolls-Royce standards of quality and service.

Qualifications

• Experience as Workshop Controller or similar in a premium automotive environment.
• Proven leadership of technicians and workshop teams.
• Ability to balance workload, quality and client commitments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of technicians to achieve top results.
• Plan and control daily workshop workload and resources.
• Allocate work to the right technician and track progress.
• Maintain visibility of vehicles and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure repairs and servicing meet high technical standards.
