Job summary

The role suits someone with strong aftersales experience who enjoys leading people, solving problems and driving standards.

This full-time position offers a structured aftersales environment, with regular hours and a 1-in-4 Saturday rota, plus clear career progression within the group.

Qualifications

• Experience as Workshop Controller/Manager or Quality Controller in automotive is desirable.
• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in automotive-related discipline.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Control workshop workflow to ensure productivity and efficiency targets are achieved.
• Support, coach and guide technicians to maintain performance and quality standards.
• Manage job allocation, progress and completion in line with business expectations.
• Monitor quality, rework and productivity to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain a safe, organised and professional workshop environment.
