Stratstone Wolverhampton JLR is seeking a Service Advisor to be the trusted link between customers and the workshop, delivering a premium experience while confidently promoting aftersales solutions that enhance safety and performance. You will drive revenue through Vehicle Health Checks, service plan sales and targeted upselling.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills and a sales mindset.
Ability to upsell services and products.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership IT platforms.

Responsibilities

Act as a key contact for service customers from check-in to follow-up.
Understand customer needs and advise on safety-critical repairs and maintenance.
Promote and upsell Vehicle Health Checks and service plans.
Support customer retention with forward bookings and tailored aftersales solutions.
Coordinate with Technicians to ensure timely repairs and updates to customers.
Manage courtesy car bookings and service appointment scheduling.
