Job summary

Vertu Volvo Exeter is seeking a Sales Executive to join our team. You will guide customers through a seamless car‑buying journey from first contact to handover, delivering a premium customer experience.

You’ll work a 40‑hour week (five 8‑hour shifts), most Saturdays, with a guaranteed weekday off. The role offers a basic salary of £25,000 with on‑target earnings of £48,000 and uncapped commission, plus training and career progression.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience preferred but not essential.
• Career changers with a proven track record in a customer-facing or sales-focused role are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A target-driven mindset with the ability to build rapport and influence customers.
• A full UK driving licence (Manual and Automatic).

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through a seamless car-buying journey from first contact to final handover.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end customer experience ensuring customers leave confident and satisfied.
• Represent the dealership with a premium, customer-focused service mindset.
