Vertu Mercedes Benz of Reading is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive the customer journey from first contact to final handshake, delivering a premium, service‑oriented car buying experience.

You will join a prestigious automotive brand with full training and onboarding, benefiting from a 40‑hour week and a strong earning potential, including significant commission and an on-target earnings level of £50,000 plus a company car.

Qualifications

• Currently working as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry (minimum 12 months)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Full UK driver’s licence (Manual and Automatic)

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through an end-to-end car buying journey from first contact to final handshake.
• Represent Vertu Mercedes Benz of Reading and deliver a premium customer experience.
• Organise and manage the end-to-end customer journey to maximize customer satisfaction and earnings potential.
