The role offers a competitive basic salary of £25,000 with on-target earnings of £48,000 and uncapped commission, plus a structured training programme and a supportive, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience is preferred but not essential.
• Career changers with a proven track record in a customer-facing or sales-focused role are encouraged.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• A target-driven mindset with the ability to build rapport and influence customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Full UK driving licence (Manual and Automatic).
