Vertu Volkswagen Lincoln is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The role offers a competitive £27,000 basic salary with an on-target earnings (OTE) of £45,000 and uncapped commission, aiming up to £60,000 for top performers.

You'll work a 40-hour week with some Saturdays and a guaranteed day off. The role includes full training, onboarding, and a focus on delivering a premium customer experience throughout the car-buying journey.

Qualificações

• Minimum 12 months experience as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Full UK driving licence (Manual and Automatic).

Responsabilidades

• Guide customers through the car-buying journey from first contact to handover.
• Deliver a premium customer experience and maximise earning potential.
• Represent the dealership in a professional manner and maintain high standards.
