Job summary

Legends Global is recruiting a Casual Food & Beverage Assistant for AO Arena in Manchester. You will help prepare and serve drinks and food, operate tills, and deliver great customer service in a fast-paced arena environment.

Please note, hours vary with event schedules and you’ll be joining a sociable, flexible team that supports busy live events across the venue.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food & beverage or customer-facing role is desirable.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards (training can be provided).
• Experience in hospitality or event environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Prepare and serve food and snacks in line with company standards.
• Use tills to take orders and process payments accurately.
• Engage with customers, respond to enquiries and promote current offers.

The Role

As a Casual Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests. You will support the wider team by preparing and serving food and drinks, maintaining a clean and organised environment, and delivering excellent customer service at all times.

Please note: this is a casual role, and hours will vary depending on event schedules.

The Responsibilities
