Star Academy in Sandyford is seeking a Site Supervisor to work with the estates team and senior leadership, responsible for day-to-day management of premises, including buildings and grounds maintenance, security, lettings, cleaning and contractor management.

The Site Supervisor ensures the academy gives a positive first impression and that pupils, staff, visitors and contractors can work safely and compliantly, with opportunities to pursue first aid and health and safety qualifications.

Competenze

• Good literacy and numeracy.
• Willing to work towards first aid and health and safety qualifications.
• Ability to understand and apply regulations and supervise on-site contractors.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day premises operations, including buildings and grounds maintenance, security, lettings, cleaning and contractor management.
