Star Academy are seeking a Site Supervisor to join the estates team and work with senior leadership to manage premises operations, including maintenance, security, lettings, cleaning and contractor management. The role focuses on safe, compliant site operations and creating a positive first impression for pupils, staff and visitors.

Applicants should have strong literacy and numeracy, be willing to pursue first aid and health and safety qualifications, and be able to supervise onsite works in

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day premises management including buildings and grounds maintenance.
• Manage security, lettings, cleaning and the coordination of contractors.
• Ensure the academy site presents a positive first impression and supports safe, effective work for pupils, staff, visitors and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and guidance; DBS check and safeguarding requirements are followed.

Star Academy are looking for a Site Supervisor to work with the wider estates team and academy senior leadership team and be responsible for a wide range of day to day management and operation of premises related functions, including buildings and grounds maintenance, security, lettings, cleaning and management of contractors. The Site Supervisor ensures that that the academy gives a positive first impression to all users of the academy site and that pupils, staff, visitors and contractors can work in it effectively and safely ensuring compliance with legislation and guidance., The successful applicant will undertake an enhanced DBS criminal record check, and online searches will be carried out in line with KCSIE update 2026. To succeed, you will hold a good standard of literacy and numeracy and have or be willing to work towards a qualification in first aid and health and safety. The ability to understand and apply regulations and effectively supervise onsite contractors are essential.
