Job summary

Star Academy Sandyford is seeking a Site Supervisor to join the estates team and oversee day-to-day management of premises, including buildings, grounds, security, lettings, cleaning and contractor supervision.

You will work with academy senior leadership to maintain a safe, welcoming site, ensuring compliance with legislation and supporting pupils, staff and visitors. The role is permanent, 30 hours per week, starting 01 January 2027, with an enhanced DBS check.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing school premises and facilities.
• Willing to work towards first aid and health and safety qualification.
• Ability to supervise on-site contractors and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of buildings and grounds.
• Manage security, lettings and cleaning services.
• Supervise contractors and ensure regulatory compliance.
