Job summary

ELIQUO HYDROK is seeking a Premises Project Manager to drive the delivery of UK facilities investments, coordinating with production, engineering, health & safety and external contractors to minimise disruption to manufacturing.

You will own project execution plans, manage scope, schedule and budget, lead vendor selection, ensure compliance with building, environmental and safety regulations, and track progress across Cornwall HQ and other locations in the UK.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in engineering, construction, or facilities management.
• Proven experience managing facilities or premises projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong project management skills (planning, budgeting, risk management).
• Good understanding of building systems, infrastructure, regulations and utilities (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, etc.).
• Knowledge of health & safety legislation (e.g., UK HSE regulations, CDM, etc).
• Experience managing contractors and external suppliers.
• Experience of construction contract management with appropriate contract models.
• Experience of successfully influencing, coordinating and managing the performance of individuals and teams without direct line management responsibility.
• Knowledge and experience of appropriate contract management.
• Recognised project management qualification(s) / Professional Chartership (APM preferred, PMI acceptable) and a clearly defined personal professional development plan in place.
• A full UK driving licence
• Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP)
• NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent health & safety qualification

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of all assigned Premises Projects across the UK.
• Ensure adherence to HSE policies for a safe working environment.
• Champion safety and regulatory compliance across environment policies.
• Lead vendor sourcing and ongoing vendor relationships for project delivery.
• Ensure projects meet agreed quality, scope, schedule and budget.
• Maintain live Project Execution Plans and coordinate projects as a programme.
• Manage visual management, forecasting, resource prioritisation and scheduling.
• Define project scope, schedule and budget from outset.
• Set and track performance targets and plans for projects.
