Job summary

HeliosX in Leamington Spa is seeking an Engineering Facilities Specialist to lead engineering, facilities and infrastructure operations. You will drive operational excellence, implement innovative automation and deliver measurable returns on investment across the site.

You will own the UK Engineering, Facilities and Infrastructure function, shaping long-term strategy and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations as HeliosX scales internationally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in engineering operations or a similar role.
• Proven track record delivering changes across multiple locations.
• Experience in start-up/scale-up environments with high growth.
• Strong leadership, communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK Engineering, Facilities and Infrastructure function and drive operational excellence.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, optimise performance and establish scalable engineering standards.
• Manage contracts, service partners and compliance across facilities and safety.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce costs and increase productivity.
