Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of buildings and external areas.
• Assist with site opening and closing procedures where required.
• Identify and report maintenance issues and hazards.
• Undertake minor repairs and general upkeep.
• Check doors, windows, locks and access points.
• Monitor the condition of fixtures, fittings and equipment.
• Maintain tidy communal areas and entrances.
• Assist with room setups and furniture arrangements.
• Coordinate access for authorised contractors.
• Monitor deliveries and the movement of supplies.
• Support site security procedures.
• Maintain basic maintenance and inspection records.
• Follow health and safety policies and risk assessments.
• Escalate urgent repairs and safety concerns.
• Help ensure the premises remain safe and presentable.
