Qualifications

• Experience in premises or facilities management is required or strongly preferred.
• School-based premises experience is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of building maintenance and contractor management.
• Understanding of health and safety and safeguarding requirements.
• Ability to maintain records and coordinate repairs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, safety and presentation of buildings and grounds.
• Coordinate inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Monitor site security and access controls.
• Manage contractors and ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain records of inspections and maintenance.
• Support budgeting, quotations and purchasing for site services.
• Prepare spaces for school activities and events.
• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues.
