Co-op Academy Clarice Cliff is seeking a Premises Officer to join our friendly academy team and maintain the premises, both inside and outside, with a focus on safety and security. This permanent, year-round role offers 35 hours per week and supports the transition to a new facilities management contractor.
The successful candidate will prioritise workload, work well with colleagues and external contractors, undertake low level maintenance, and uphold safe working practices across the site.

We are excited to be seeking to appoint a Premises Officer role within our growing and progressive academy. This site and facilities role will play a crucial role in maintaining the premises of our popular and friendly academy.
We welcome applications from individuals who thrive on using initiative, keeping busy and providing excellent support to the academy through the security, safety and maintenance of both internal and external areas.
The role will also play a key role in supporting the transition to a newly appointed Facilities Management contractor. The successful candidate will ensure that ongoing maintenance is carried out efficiently whilst also ensuring that outstanding works are followed up and completed.
