Job summary

Co-op Academy Clarice Cliff is seeking a Premises Officer to maintain the academy premises and support the transition to a Facilities Management contractor. The role is permanent and full-year, with a 35-hour week and salary scale around £26k, with actual salaries in the £25k range depending on pro rata calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise your workload, responding to the changing needs of the academy
• Work effectively with colleagues and external contractors
• Be highly motivated, enthusiastic and able to complete low level maintenance tasks
• Demonstrate your understanding of safe working practices and compliance

• Communicate effectively though a range of mediums and be able to build excellent relationships.
