Southbroom St James Primary Academy is seeking a dedicated Premises Manager to oversee two school sites, ensuring safety, maintenance and a welcoming environment for learners. The role involves coordinating routine site tasks, complying with safety standards, and working closely with DSAT staff.
You will be responsible for planning maintenance schedules across both locations, liaising with Headteachers, and fostering a positive, Christian ethos in the learning environments.
The post is for 37 hours, per week, 52 weeks per year. This may involve some split shifts but this can be tailored for the right candidate.
