Job summary

Sizewell C Company is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead enabling and earthworks readiness for the Sizewell C project. You will coordinate the preconstruction team and align with programme, engineering, procurement, permitting, and environment groups to ensure safe, cost-effective preparation before mobilisation.

The role requires-significant experience in complex projects, strong interface management, and a strategic focus on risk, schedule integration, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline with professional membership desirable.
• Experience in major infrastructure, nuclear, rail, highways, or large-scale construction projects.
• Strong interface management across multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and readiness activities for enabling and earthworks.
• Interface with programme, engineering, construction, procurement, and environment teams to identify prerequisites.
• Develop and drive readiness plans, monitor risks, and ensure packages are prepared for mobilisation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage preconstruction interfaces.
