Job summary

Sizewell C is seeking a Project Manager for Delivery / Enabling and Earthworks on the Suffolk site. You will lead the Earthworks scope within the Civils Programme, partnering with the Civil Works Alliance to deliver cost, schedule and quality targets.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in complex construction, NEC contracts, and cross-discipline coordination across engineering, logistics and procurement. Chartered engineer status preferred.

Qualifications

• Track record delivering projects in technically complex environments with safety and environmental accountability.
• Experience in engineering design, contracts and field execution strategies for project delivery.
• Experience managing contractors, consultants and advisors on large, complex construction projects.
• Strong management skills including project, financial, change and risk management; EV tools.
• Experience with NEC contracts and close-out of commercial claims and negotiations.
• Experience engaging stakeholders and developing relationships across teams.
• Proven ability to lead projects through lifecycle from concept to handover; Prince2/PM knowledge.
• Knowledge of CDM Regulations and APm body of knowledge familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure delivery of Earthworks within cost, schedule and quality.
• Develop strategy for delivering Earthworks within constraints of the Civils Programme.
• Coordinate and interpret 4D model-linked sequencing for visual work briefings.
• Coordinate site logistics, haul routes, access constraints and temporary works.
• Cross-discipline coordination across engineering, logistics, procurement and batching plant ops.
