Job summary

Addepar is seeking a Precompute Platform Lead to own and scale our precompute layer, delivering sub-second latency for enterprise-scale wealth management workflows. You will guide vectorised processing, distributed architecture, and performance-driven engineering across multi-region teams.

You will lead a global engineering effort, collaborate with Product and Infra leaders, and ensure governance and data-health outcomes while navigating a complex financial data landscape in the UK and beyond.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent practical experience in a numerate field.
• Proven background in performance engineering for large-scale, high-concurrency systems.
• Experience leading global distributed engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the precompute platform roadmap with aggressive performance KPIs.
• Architect and implement solutions to reduce complexity and improve throughput.
• Drive integration with core compute infrastructure and expand precompute usage.
