• Qualification in welding and fabrication.
• Experience in general fabrication and welding.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of welding equipment and fabrication processes.

Responsibilities

• Welding fabricated assemblies using MIG/MAG, Spot and TIG welding.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Set up welding equipment and select appropriate programmes.
• Inspect and test completed assemblies before they move to production.
• Use workshop tools including grinders, drills, power saws, and other fabrication tools.
• Complete production documentation and batch records.
• Identify maintenance issues and perform first-line problem solving.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow Health & Safety rules.
• Meet quality, safety and production targets and support improvement.
