Red King Resourcing is assisting a high-performance engineering manufacturer in Aylesbury to recruit a Welder Fabricator. The role focuses on cutting, assembling and welding metallic components using jigs within a small team or autonomously, with attention to strict quality standards.

Candidate should have strong experience in thin-wall materials and reading technical drawings, with the ability to work to tight deadlines in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with thin-wall materials: stainless steel, Inconel and aluminium.
• Significant fabrication experience, ideally in motorsport.
• Able to work in small team or independently with initiative.
• Attention to detail to meet tight production deadlines.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.

Responsabilités

• Cut, assemble, fabricate/weld using jigs.
• Ensure quality and timely completion to drawings and job packs.
• Collaborate with Fabrication Supervisor to confirm project requirements.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and job tracking in the system.
