Job summary

Winncare in Bradford is seeking an experienced Screen Print Operative to join our production team. You will perform manual screen printing on polyurethane materials used in medical devices, ensuring quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with manual screen printing in a regulated or precision-focused environment.
• Understanding of inks, mesh screens, and substrate preparation.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently.

Responsibilities

• Operate a manual screen print bench to print onto PU materials with accuracy.
• Prepare printing screens, including cleaning, alignment and stencil setup.
• Follow work instructions and techniques to produce product meeting quality standards.
• Collaborate with QA and production teams to resolve process or material issues.
• Handle materials carefully to avoid contamination or wastage.
