Job summary

Winncare in Bradford is seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join the foam conversion production team. You will operate foam & cover CNC cutting machinery to manufacture foam mattresses, covers, components, and bespoke products to specification.

Reporting to the Foam Conversion Team Leader, you will set up machines, perform routine checks, conduct quality inspections, and support other production areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machinery in manufacturing.
• Ability to set up, operate and adjust CNC cutting equipment.
• Experience working in a foam conversion/production environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC cutting equipment for foam products and ensure safe operation.
• Operate CNC machinery to manufacture foam mattresses, covers and components to specification.
• Support other production areas such as gluing, packing and quality checks as required.
• Maintain quality standards and participate in routine maintenance checks.
