PDR Solutions Ltd is seeking a proactive Quality Engineer for a site-based role at our Rochester facility. You will work with the Quality Manager and team to ensure products, processes and systems meet established quality, safety and reliability standards, and help identify root causes and drive CAPA actions.

The role includes supplier/customer visits, audits, PPAP, and product data management. Experience with AS9100 and NADCAP is desirable; strong IT and communication skills are essential for

Qualificações

• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Proactive, analytical and detail-oriented.
• Experience with quality improvement tools and problem-solving techniques.
• Excellent IT skills; MS Office for data management and reporting.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Manage supplier approval status.
• Maintain CAPA (RCCA) system.
• Standards and specifications management; APQP.
• Documentation control and PPAP.
• First article inspection and concession management.
• Support customer and supplier visits and manufacturing teams.
• Attend daily production meetings for problem resolution.
• New product introduction support; risk register updating.
