You will receive full training, join a supportive team, and enjoy a day shift with a lunch-time finish every Friday, plus overtime opportunities and clear prospects for progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or high concentration roles is advantageous.
• Experience operating light production machinery is beneficial.
• High attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
• Able to work effectively in a small team.
• Willing to learn and stay motivated to perform well.

Responsibilities

• Carry out visual quality checks on small metal parts.
• Make small adjustments to parts using specialist equipment (training provided).
• Count, prepare, pack and label components for dispatch to the customer.
• Highlight any quality issues to the quality department.
• Carry out any related duties as needed.
