Job summary

Kingdom Services Group Ltd in Portsmouth is looking for a meticulous Production Operative to join a market-leading precision engineering team. This full-time, ongoing agency contract offers a stable day-shift schedule and competitive pay, with an early finish on Fridays.

You will detag precision-engineered components, perform part counts and final inspections, manage drying operations, and conduct 100% inspections to ensure exact specifications, contributing to a modern, high-tech manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Carrying out the detagging of precision-engineered components to set quality standards.
• Performing part counts and final inspections before booking orders to processing sections.
• Managing drying operations following established setting sheets and procedures.
• Conducting thorough 100% inspections on finished piece parts to ensure exact specifications.
• Assisting with broader shop-floor support, including material replenishment, swarf disposal, and maintaining strict Foreign Object Debris (FOD) standards.
