Job summary

Ad Warrior Ltd is seeking a Machine Minder in the Doncaster area to oversee the setup and operation of production machinery, ensuring targets and quality standards are met. The role includes pre-start checks, schedule monitoring, and teamwork with the Production Supervisor and Engineering.

Responsibilities include fault diagnosis, timely maintenance reporting, line cleaning, and training new staff while maintaining a safe, hygienic workplace.

Qualifications

• Operates production machinery and performs routine checks.
• Ensures adherence to health & safety, food safety, and quality requirements.
• Able to monitor schedules and adjust machines as needed.
• Communicates with supervisors and engineering for fault fixing and handover.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machinery to meet targets.
• Complete pre-start checks per H&S and quality requirements.
• Monitor schedules and adjust machine settings when required.
• Liaise with the Production Supervisor/Line Leader for breaks and changeovers.
• Diagnose faults with engineering and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and a safe working environment.
• Handover thoroughly at shift end and train new team members when needed.
