Qualifications

• Proven experience operating press brake machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
• Good problem-solving and practical approach to work.
• Ability to work independently while being a team player.
• Basic understanding of metal fabrication processes.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating press brake machinery safely and efficiently.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints and job specifications.
• Adjusting machine settings to achieve accurate bends and tight tolerances.
• Measuring and inspecting finished components to ensure quality standards.
• Carrying out routine machine checks and reporting faults.
• Keeping work area clean, tidy and organised.
• Following health and safety procedures.
