Qualifications

• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and product inspections.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal plates and sheets.
• Read blueprints and production schedules to determine specifications.
• Select tooling and settings for bending operations.
• Position and align metal plates accurately for bending.
• Adjust machine settings to ensure precision and quality.
• Inspect finished parts to verify dimensions and quality.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues or report repairs.
