Job summary

RECRA CONSULTING is seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our manufacturing team. You will interpret drawings, fabricate components and perform precision welding to meet exacting standards.

Candidates should have experience with MIG and TIG welding, read engineering blueprints, and operate fabrication equipment such as guillotines and press brakes. The role is full-time and on-site in the UK.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprints.
• Experience with MIG welding on various metals.
• Proficiency in precision welding and fabrication processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled MIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
• Execute TIG welding for precision work as required.
• Read, interpret and work from engineering drawings and technical specs.
• Measure, cut, shape and assemble metal components to exact specs.
• Operate fabrication equipment (guillotines, press brakes, rollers, cutting tools).
• Inspect welds and ensure structural integrity and quality standards.
