Job summary

Manpower is seeking an experienced Fabricator / Welder for a manufacturing team in the UK. The role covers the fabrication and welding of mild and stainless steel components using MIG, TIG and MMA processes, with interpretation of engineering drawings and operation of guillotines and press brakes.

You will perform grinding, finishing and quality checks on completed products, ensuring workmanship meets specifications and safety standards in a busy production environment.

Qualifications

• Fabrication and welding of mild steel and stainless steel components.
• MIG, TIG and MMA welding.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Operating fabrication machinery including guillotines and press brakes.
• Grinding, finishing and quality checking completed products.
