Job summary

• Experience in manufacturing or assembly.
• Ability to assemble small, delicate components.
• Excellent hand‑eye coordination.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and follow instructions.
• Experience with IPC standards in cleanroom environments.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro‑mechanical, electronic, and microelectronic products to drawings and specs.
• Perform high‑precision assembly using hand tools and microscopes.
• Conduct inspections, identify defects, and document deviations.
• Support production targets and collaborate with Engineering and Quality.
