Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical assembly or machine building.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components, sub-assemblies and complete machinery.
• Read and interpret drawings, technical specifications and assembly instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools and measuring equipment to ensure accurate assembly.
• Carry out precision fitting, alignment and adjustment of mechanical components.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Identify and report defective components or assembly issues.
• Work closely with the wider engineering and production teams to meet project requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
