Rayburn: Precision Engineering in plastics and metals is seeking a Circular Saw Operator / Driver / Forklift Driver / Packer / General Maintenance team member for an on-site role in Walsall. You will operate circular and band saws to cut plastics, metals, and insulation materials to specification, using proper machine settings and safety procedures.

Qualifications

Strong machine operation skills with industrial machinery.
Proficiency using circular and band saws to cut various materials safely and accurately.
Ability to use hand tools for basic maintenance and assembly support.
Forklift operation skills for safe material handling.
Understanding health and safety practices in a workshop.
Basic mechanical aptitude for maintenance and housekeeping.
Ability to read and follow work instructions.
Reliable and punctual team player on-site.
Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or warehousing is beneficial.
Forklift or machine handling certifications are an advantage.

Responsabilités

Operate circular saws and band saws to cut plastics, metals, and insulation materials to specification.
Load and unload deliveries and move stock within the facility using forklifts.
Pack finished components for dispatch and prepare them for shipping.
Perform general maintenance and housekeeping in the workshop.
Follow health and safety guidelines and keep records of work completed.
Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to support production and assembly.
