Job summary

You will assemble panels and doors for AHU units, use guillotine and punch centres with training, and handle basic hand tools while maintaining production quality and records.

Qualifications

• Follow health and safety guidelines and PPE use.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Experience using basic hand tools is essential.
• Experience with punch centres/press brakes is preferred.
• Experience in AHU manufacturing environment is preferable.
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes.

Responsibilities

• Panel assembly and lagging; assemble panels/doors for AHU units and apply insulation per specs.
• Use of guillotine (training provided).
• Operate punch centre (training provided).
• Tool handling with basic hand tools for assembly and finishing tasks.
• Quality control; inspect components and ensure compliance with standards.
• Documentation; complete production records and report defects or issues.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
