Moog Wolverhampton Limited seeks an experienced Jig Bore Operator to set up, operate, and maintain precision jig boring machines for tooling, fixtures, gauges and precision engineering applications. You will read engineering drawings, verify tolerances, and perform stringent inspections to ensure high-quality components.

This on-site, full-time position in Wolverhampton requires strong problem solving, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement in aerospace-grade

Competenze

• Proven experience operating DeVlieg and Genevoise jig boring machines.
• Strong background in precision machining and tooling environments.
• Ability to read and apply engineering drawings and GD&T.
• High attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Mansioni

• Set up and operate DeVlieg and Genevoise jig boring machines to manufacture precision components.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and geometric tolerances.
• Position, align, and secure workpieces using fixtures and tooling.
• Perform precision boring, drilling, reaming and milling to tight tolerances.
• Conduct first-off and in-process inspections with precision tools.
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records and traceability.
