Job summary

You will read engineering drawings, verify tolerances, and perform stringent inspections to ensure high-quality components.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating DeVlieg and Genevoise jig boring machines.
• Strong background in precision machining and tooling environments.
• Ability to read and apply engineering drawings and GD&T.
• High attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate DeVlieg and Genevoise jig boring machines to manufacture precision components.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and geometric tolerances.
• Position, align, and secure workpieces using fixtures and tooling.
• Perform precision boring, drilling, reaming and milling to tight tolerances.
• Conduct first-off and in-process inspections with precision tools.
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records and traceability.
