Job summary

Moog Wolverhampton Limited is seeking an apprentice-trained CNC Setter Operator (Mill/Turn) to work onsite in Wolverhampton. You will set up and run multiple CNC machines, perform first-offs and detailed quality documentation, and apply precision measurement techniques to meet tight aerospace tolerances.

Qualifications

• Recognised engineering apprenticeship.
• Experience in engineering/manufacturing, preferably aerospace.
• Strong machining techniques and tooling knowledge.
• Proven skills in a multi-axis/complex machining environment.
• Proficiency in inspection techniques/equipment to meet drawing tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multiple CNC machines.
• Perform first-off inspections and document quality.
• Capability to set up and using machine tools.
• Carry out own 1st off inspection and complete quality documentation.
• Proven experience in a machine shop environment.
