Job summary

Pertemps Crawley Perms is seeking a Final Assembly Technician to join the production team in Crawley. You will build, test, and prepare high-spec machinery for international shipment, following drawings and tight tolerances.

The role requires reading engineering drawings, a practical mechanical aptitude, and a keen eye for detail. Training is provided; on-site parking is available and overtime may be offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to read engineering drawings or follow detailed assembly instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and precision to meet tolerances.
• Willingness to learn; full equipment training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test mechanical assemblies to drawings and exact tolerances.
• Conduct mechanical quality checks before sign-off.
• Dismantle and pack approved units for overseas field engineers.
• Use standard hand, bench, and power tools safely.
