Job summary

A Leyland-based luxury wallcovering manufacturer is seeking a Digital Print Artworker / Mac Operator to join the production team. This hands-on role sits between the artwork studio and the digital print team, focusing on making artwork production-ready for printing.

You will receive client artwork and prepare files using Illustrator/Photoshop and production software, ensuring correct sizing, bleed and file formats before sending to printers.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing artwork for print.
• Understanding of sizing, resolution, bleed and file formats.
• Good attention to detail and a methodical approach.
• Willingness to learn production processes and software.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer artwork, logos and graphics.
• Check files before production and adjust sizing/placement.
• Prepare artwork using Illustrator/ Photoshop and production software.
• Send approved files to digital printers and verify print accuracy.
• Identify artwork or print quality issues and amend as needed.
• Work with studio and production teams to optimise workflow.
