Enterprise Recruitment Ltd. is seeking CNC specialists for a global manufacturing leader in Ely. The role involves assembling and packaging high-standard products on a multi-storey site with onsite facilities and direct rail access.

You will support R&D and manufacturing in machining new components, loading, setting up and operating sliding head CNC lathes, and ensuring quality while collaborating across departments to optimise programs.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in CNC milling, turning or sliding head lathes.
• Ability to work at micro-level precision.
• Can read engineering drawings; working knowledge of CAD/CAM systems.

Responsibilities

• Load, set-up and operate sliding head CNC lathes.
• Support R&D and manufacturing with machining of new components.
• Ensure component quality and optimise programs through collaboration with departments.
