Job summary

Latitude Recruitment is seeking a skilled CNC Sliding Head Engineer for a hands-on role in a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will set up and operate CNC sliding head lathes, inspect parts with precision instruments, and ensure components meet strict tolerances and quality standards.

The role emphasizes proactive knowledge sharing, teamwork, and maintaining a safe, clean working environment. Prior experience with CNC sliding heads is advantageous but not required.

Qualifications

Experience with CNC sliding head lathes is desirable but not essential.
Able to interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.
Skilled in using precision measuring instruments.
Strong attention to detail and quality-driven.

Responsibilities

Set and operate CNC sliding head machines.
Carry out part inspection using micrometers, verniers, gauges.
Ensure components meet tight tolerances and quality standards.
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with the team.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
