Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced CNC Setter/Operator for HAAS milling machines in Deeside. You will set up and operate HAAS CNC mills, read engineering drawings and produce precision components to tight tolerances. This full-time role offers day shifts with potential overtime and a temp-to-perm pathway.

Overtime and regular work available as you join a busy machining team. Candidates should have verniers/micrometers experience, strong attention to detail and reliable

Qualifications

• Experience setting and operating HAAS CNC milling machines.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
• Experience using measuring equipment such as verniers and micrometres.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Own transport preferred due to location.

Responsibilities

• Setting and operating HAAS CNC milling machines.
• Producing precision-machined components to engineering specifications.
• Reading and interpreting technical and engineering drawings.
• Tool changes, offsets, and basic programme adjustments.
• Conducting quality checks using measuring equipment.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Working independently and as part of a skilled machining team.
