obp Motorsport are looking for an experienced CNC Machine Setter/Operator to join our team. Based in Cambridgeshire, UK, we seek a detail‑driven professional with a strong precision engineering background to set up and operate Haas CNC machines.

You will read engineering drawings, monitor production, and ensure parts meet strict tolerances. The role requires independence as well as teamwork in a fast‑paced environment alongside our skilled engineering team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to set up and operate CNC machines.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Minimum 2 years experience within CNC Milling or Turning.
• Experience with HAAS controls is essential.

Responsibilities

• Setting and Operating Haas CNC Machines
• Produce accurate, high-quality components with maximum efficiency
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency
• Quality Checking parts
• Documenting work done accurately and comprehensively
