Job summary
Vivo Talent is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist for a permanent day shift in Gloucestershire. You will set, operate and programme CNC Turning and Mill-Turn machines to produce precision components to tight tolerances.

Qualifications
- Experience setting, operating and programming CNC Turning and multi-axis machines.
- Understanding of tooling, fixtures, speeds and feeds, controls and machining practice.
- Experience with FANUC, Okuma QSP-200L, ISO and Mazatrol programming.
- Knowledge of live tooling and multi-axis machining.
- Experience in achieving tight tolerances in precision engineering.
- Familiarity with CMM inspection and conventional measurement equipment.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
Responsibilities
- Set, operate, and programme CNC Turning and Mill-Turn machinery.
- Manufacture high-quality components per drawings and work orders.
- Meet production targets and delivery schedules.
- Perform in-process inspections and quality checks with measuring equipment.
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
- Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized workplace.
