Job summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist/Turner Setter for a dayshift role in Tadley, Hampshire. You will set and operate CNC turning centres, producing precision components from engineering drawings and taking ownership of quality and efficiency.

Programming experience is beneficial, and candidates able to develop further will be considered. You'll join an established precision engineering team working on high-value projects across aerospace, motorsport and medical sectors.

Qualifications

• Requires experienced CNC Turner/Setter with ability to read engineering drawings.
• Ability to work to tight tolerances and setup complex components.
• Programming experience is beneficial and capable of developing further.

Responsibilities

• Set and operate CNC turning centres to produce precision components from drawings.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances.
• Manage tooling, offsets and machine parameters to ensure part quality.
• Potential to develop programming capability in a supportive environment.
