Ross Frank is recruiting a skilled CNC Programmer Setter Operator for multi-axis turning and mill-turn work in the UK. You will program, set and run complex jobs on multi-axis and sub-spindle machines, with live tooling and CAD/CAM training provided.

The role offers a 4-day week with a night shift premium, overtime at 1.5x, and a clear path for progression in a modern facility that prioritises quality and AS9100 standards.

Qualifications

• Experience programming, setting and operating CNC turning centres.
• Willingness to learn additional controls and tooling.
• Able to work nights and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Program, set and operate CNC turning centres from prototype to production.
• Take ownership of jobs from start to finish in a modern air-conditioned facility.
