Zusammenfassung

Rose & Young Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced CNC Polishing Technician in Leicestershire to join a fabrication team manufacturing high-precision components. You will set up, operate and monitor CNC polishing equipment to meet exacting surface, dimension and quality specifications while handling delicate, high-value parts with care.

You will read engineering drawings, execute polishing to required finishes, and perform inspections to ensure conformance.

Qualifikationen

Experience setting up, operating and monitoring CNC polishing equipment.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and process documents.
Ability to polish components to defined dimensional, form and surface finish requirements.

Aufgaben

Set up and operate CNC polishing machines to manufacture precision components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, process documentation and manufacturing instructions.
Polish components to specified dimensional, form and surface finish requirements.
Adjust machine parameters to achieve required surface quality and process consistency.
Monitor polishing operations and make process adjustments where required.
Perform first-off inspections and in-process quality checks to verify specifications.
Conduct visual inspections for defects and surface contamination.
Maintain full product traceability throughout manufacturing process.
